2、 Unsubscribe Policy
1. Free unsubscribe period: If the customer cancels within 24 hours of booking, no fee will be charged.
2. Early cancellation: If the customer cancels the reservation more than 7 days before check-in, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
3. Near check-in cancellation: If the customer cancels the reservation within 7 days (inclusive) before check-in, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
4. Same day cancellation or non check-in: If the customer cancels the reservation or does not check in on the day of check-in, the full room fee will be charged.
5. Force majeure factors: If the customer is unable to stay due to natural disasters, government actions or other force majeure factors, the hotel will provide a full refund.
